I got injured around 2 months ago. Till now I m suffering from knee instability and pain. Recently I got through a MRI scan. Reports indicated grade 1 tear with superior synovial plicae thickness. Do I need a surgery ? Too sending a pic of my reports.

yes you should go for arthroscopic surgery for the knee joint. a reconstruction procedure depending on instability is required.
