I am suffering from pain in the right shoulder from more than two years and this pain only arises during jerk of my arm. I had gone through a MRI scan last year and it was showing "Mild effusion in subacromian bursa" Dr suggested me some medicines but I hadn't recovered from pain yet.

Try PRP or corticosteroid injection If no relief then you Amy need arthroscopic Subacromial decompression and debridement.

Hi, you got impingement syndrome. You will benefit from cuff exercises and injection in subacromial space. Consult shoulder surgeon. Opinion given by Dr Sivaraman B, Shoulder surgeon, Thorraipakkam, Chennai
