My prescription is -0.75 cylindrical both left and right eyes. Should need to wear glass? If yes how long?

Its better that u wear glasses . Ur vision wud be clearer and ur eyes wont strain too much also.  If u r comfortable without glasses then u need not wear them all day long but wear them when u do any activity that requires more concentration like watching tv , computer work or driving.
