The doctor is very humble, listens carefully and passionate about his profession. He explained all the procedures and treatment regime in simple language. Despite the huge risks of Covid-19, the entire surgery & subsequent treatment was the best. Another great thing is that the doctor is readily available on mobile to answer any query/doubts. Dr. Shanmugasundaram is one such person . I have known him from the past 10 yrs and he is still the same simple person and most importantly a very nice human . I visited him to treat my dad ( currently 73 ) for his urine problem as he was suffering and till date he is perfectly fine under his supervision . He takes care of him so well and remembers his history and advice's him accordingly . Very down to earth . Easily reachable through phone even after consultation , pre/ post surgery .
