Two of my kids had stomach aches and diarrhea when I went to the doctor for the first time since we moved to this location recently. Astonis...Read moreTwo of my kids had stomach aches and diarrhea when I went to the doctor for the first time since we moved to this location recently. While the doctor was speaking to patients, the receptionist knocked on the door very badly and was very rude. Astonishingly, a receptionist can take such liberties other than a family member. Even a family member is more polite.
After the first day, my younger one was fine, but my older one had more issues, so we called reception to ask for a medicine from the doctor. He was so annoying and did not give a time slot to speak with the doctor, cut the call abruptly, argued a lot, and had no concern about patients after the consultation.
** ***** *** **** ** ********** **** *** ******* ****** ************* ** *** ** **** ***** *** ****** ******** We have to search for a new doctor again for emergencies.
The doctor is good, but the front desk is not supportive in emergencies!
It was 1st but sad experience!
