This time i have taken an appointment at 6:45pm and reached to the clinic on time. My luck is bad this time also i had to wait for half an hour and no one addressed. I don't understand the cause of taking appointment when it is not maintained by these so called professionals. Am highly satisfied with the overall experience there. Dr. Mudit has equipped the clinic with state of the art technologies like 3D imaging, etc. which gives one a very comforting assurance that we are in good hands.
Also the team of doctors that work along with him are superb.
Dr. Tasneem did my wisdom tooth extraction. The whole procedure was very smooth and absolutely painless. She kept the environment extremely calm and comforting ensuring zero stress during the process.

It was as though the appointment was not required . I had taken the appointment for 11AM, but on the day was called by the staff and told to come by 11:20AM for some reasons, but the doc took me in only by 11:50AM. The staff must respect the time of their patients and once the appointment is fixed they must stick to the time.
