Well it all started with poor eating habits, stress and irregular sleeping periods. I felt I put on some extra pounds, I can see in mirror, my clothes don’t fit anymore and I started feeling tired very often.
So, I decided to do a simple blood check - and I was surprised that am in a Pre-Diabetic state with a fatty liver and Vitamin D and B12 deficiency just at the age of 31 with 93Kgs.
My GP suggested me to consult a Nutritionist to get the things back in order.
Highly rated by her clients, I decided to have a consultation with DT.Silky Mahajan. Wonderful person by heart, DT.Silky Mahajan believes is healthy eating sorts most of the wellness issues.
An empathetic listener, Silky Mahajan took notes of all my eating and sleeping habits and was positive that my health condition can be back to normal with small changes. I opted for 3-month nutrition program.
When i received the diet chart, i realized that I have to stop almost 90% of my regular foods which we think is a normal south Indian food.
However, the diet chart is not challenging at all. She prepared the chart which suits my taste, easy to prepare and more importantly with more nutrients.
DT.Silky Mahajan made me shift my mindset completely about food. It was a positive lifestyle change for me that came very easily. Her advice was just not food related but about small lifestyle changes.
DT.Silky Mahajan is an wonderful educator, she Disciplined my eating habits. It was more about timings, portion control and nutrition.
Within a month I lost around 6Kgs from 93. But, i got stuck at 87kgs and had a consultation, she realizes that its because of more toxins in the body and quickly planned a DETOX diet chart for 5 days (note this is a bonus)
And she is correct, I started to lose weight again. DT.Silky Mahajan is very knowledgeable and experienced to quickly read her client's health conditions.
At the end of the program I lost around 12Kgs and reached with simple and proper diet chart. She asked me to do a blood check again to realize the gains.
My liver has become healthy again, no more a pre-diabetic person, Vitamin D and B12 back to normal, no drama here:)
I have to say, DT. Silky Mahajan is one of the most important person I met in my life. Because, she changed the way I think of food, she changed my lifestyle.

Taught me so many things on healthy eating which I can share with my family and friends.
