We visited Gomathi doctor , she explained the issue for shoulder pain is a symptom of frozen shoulder and that both the issues (shoulder pain & knee pain) would take a 15 days (consistent) session which would help with the issue she has been seeing
Having gone through the program consistently I can confidently say both the issues are 90% cured , my mom gradually saw improvements with each session and the key is to ensure you do exactly what the doctor says (apart from session she suggests exercises which vary with frequency and difficulty gradually)
While we went though this program , there were blood tests done & she also suggested supplements for the lack of vitamins etc ..
Doctor is extremely busy (always) , very friendly , has a lot of patience to explain and work with patients , having interacted with her and seeing her passion for work it is evident she keeps patients as a top priority . I have seen her getting calls from her older patients and guides them really well if there is a recurrence , provides suggestions and there is no neglect whatsoever
You cannot expect to be pain free in a day or two (based on the condition this might be inaccurate and you may feel the relief quickly) - but the key is consistency
What I also like is that the doctor maintains the clinic really well (although she is extremely busy) - especially given the COVID scenario , sanitisation protocols are followed quite well
She also suggested I could get my mom to her clinic after her sessions were done for her exercise routine (as my mom was not completely confident on the list of exercises) , she spent time with my mom even after sessions were done and went extra mile to ensure she knows and is doing all the routines accurately
I also have my dad being treated here for cervical stenosis , left hand numbness , cervical disc bulge , nerve compression - will write a detailed review for that once the treatment is done with

When approached to Dr gomathi she heard the problem carefully did the correct diagnoses she is friendly and interactive with the patient Dr gomathi treated my mom very well and motivated her. I was suffering with severe pain even after recent Ayurveda treatments like Kati basti, patrapinda chidam, and it gave me little relief. Finally when I was discussing with my colleague, he told me that his sister had a similar problem to mine and that she had been treated by Dr.Gomathi and that her problem had been solved and that she was doing well now, so I had taken treatment with Dr.Gomathi for 15 days, and my pain, numbness, and inability to do my daily work had decreased. I still have one more day of consultation scheduled for exercises and other precautions so that I can maintain and continue, Dr. Gomathi's best quality is that she will understand our lifestyle and her diagnoses are not based on physiotherapy. She had requested blood tests on linked vitamins, calcium, uric acid, X-ray, and even an MRI, and based on all the report results and comparisons she will explain us, wherever she noted the difference co-related to my problem, and started the treatment and counseling.
In general, I am pleased with how close I am to finishing my treatment.
