Any injury to ur neck, chest or arm can damage ur ulnar nerves. In cubital tunnel syndrome also ulnar nerve gets compressed on the inner part of ur elbow. So, stretching exercises for ur forearm, wrist and hand can help .You need to wear a splint or brace on your affected fingers.
Next Steps
Proper physiotherapy is needed in ur case to increase strength and flexibility of forearm and hand muscles.Visit your nearby neuro physiotherapist for proper assessment and treatment.
Health Tips
Avoid repeated pressure on ur elbows and wrist. Avoid repetitive elbow and wrist bending movements.
