I am 13 week pregnant but I can't see any growth in belly size...only on the lower abdomen. I don't feel like being pregnant. I have only one symptoms that is vomitting. Is it ok not to feel pregnant in 13 week. Please suggest.

I have been having white discharge since 27 weeks,but that was normal and little bit,now the discharge has increased , I am worrying that is amniotic fluid,but as read it's white discharge not watery,I have sticky and white discharge, last Doppler scan my fluid was decreased by 2cm when u had scan in 29 weeks, Now it's on borderline, I have taking focii gr to increase fluid, and candid Cl pessary for discharge, but discharge is not stop, what is the next step I can do please guide me.
