Hi ,
iam 19 weeks pregnant
i have cough nearly 3 week already checked 3 doctor still it not gone. taken all test all are negative
today i checked a doctor he gave syrup for cough (most doctor suggest not to take syrup during pregnancy)
1)Grilinctus-BM or Ascoril LS (5ml three time) for 10 days
kindly confirm can i take this syrup ..

Treating a cough in pregnancy is a very tricky thing but it's not impossible.
Ideally cough syrup is not indicated due to harmful effects on baby. Multiple things need to ask before writing a prescription.
