The explanation given to me by her staff was “Doctor Madam can’t be kept waiting”. It’s unacceptable how they felt my time was free without even knowing a patient’s profile. One person can go to see the patient in ICU during the Visiting Hours and need to wear mask and use santizier availabe at the hospital. Timings : 11am -12pm & 5pm - 6pm
