Very first day Dr. Vivek Kakkar discussed with me in depth of the root cause behind the stress I had gone through nd which in turn is the basic reason for the pain. He made me aware of simple mental technique and small strengthening exercises because of which I could start lifting my hand up to 120deg on the very first day. With his therapatic techniques I could reach up to 180deg on the second day with some pain. But on continuous third day treatment I could raise my left hand beyond 180deg and without any pain.
He has suggested strengthening exercises which are to be followed for next 8days and asked to meet after that.
I would like to thank Dr. Vivek Kakkar for giving me this renewed joy as I was facing this problem for 8-9 months and had shown to 3-4 Orthopedicians but without any success.
