It was founded in Kolkata by Prof Dr. Somprakash Bandyopadhyay, a renowned former professor from IIM Calcutta, IIT Kharagpur, and IIT Bombay. Assisting him are two co-founders, Ms. Anooshka Banerjee, and Ms. Ananya Roy, who are Counseling Psychologists with expertise in both qualitative and quantitative methods in this field. The center also has a strong network of support volunteers, including experienced professionals from academia and industry who act as subject-specific mentors.
