Sailing in COVID times, I was avoiding going to family orthopedic doctor & being referred, spoke to Soumyadip over the phone. Hearing the symptoms, he ruled out going for X-Ray or MRI. On my first visit to his clinic, I was amazed to see his sanitization efforts. His clinic is 100% hygenic & COVID free, I am writing afater a gap of 21 days & I did not get infected. I had suffered a severe cut to my hand that severed both the ulnar and median nerves. This resulted in a loss of sensation and motor function in my hand, and I was unable to use it at all.
Dr Debanajan was incredibly knowledgeable and experienced in treating nerve injuries. He took the time to understand my specific injury and develop a personalized treatment plan for me. The exercises were challenging but effective, and I gradually began to regain feeling and movement in my hand.
Dr Debanjan was also extremely patient and encouraging. He never gave up on me, even when I was feeling discouraged. He was always there to answer my questions and provide me with support. His efforts ensured there is no significant muscular atrophy or contracture development. On the contrary, his effective treatment helped me slowly regain movement in my fingers.

I had gone with frozen shoulder,which I had been suffering with for almost 10 months and was very restricted with my movements,in about 4-5 sessions I started feeling better and now after 8 sessions I am almost fine with maybe just 5%restriction remaining which will go in due course of time.

Instead of taking the medication route, I decided to consult a physiotherapist and take guidance about the next steps. Dr Debonjan Mondal helped me understand the cause of the problem and explained ways I can improve my health by just adding a few exercises to my routine and making a few lifestyle changes.
