I have undergone zsr circumcision on 17th June and after 3 day I have open up the dressing and after that in few hours a ring like swelling below the head of penis is formed and today is 14th day still not settled as I have take chymoral fort for almost 5 days and near frenulum pus like formation is there every morning I do clean it for almost 3 - 4 time and I use betadine. Is this normal condition as my doctor is said this is normal. I have attached the picture, please guide for better Thank you
