Since the beginning of the lockdown I was unable to sleep so I took 5mg of Zolfresh and have been consuming it from past one month. Now when I am not taking it I am feeling a bit weakness sometimes and also am unable to sleep. How can I get rid of this dependence completely and how long will it take?
