Last night I got zandu Balm applied for my leg pain. I have touched it and later took a tablet with the same hand touching my lips and tongue. Later I felt some mild irritation on my tongue and relaized that I have consumed a bit of zandu Balm. In the middle of the night urination is painful. And feeling a little discomfort in the stomach. Is it dangerous, need to be worried? Please advise.

Hi Based on your description you have had very little amount of Zandu bam. Nothing to worry about just have plenty of fluids and it will be fine plus do not repeat the same mistake
