Hello Doctor, My son is 4.5 months old. Sometimes when he vomits there is slight yellowish and kind off red dots in his vomit. Please let me know what is it and why does it occur. Thanks

Vomitus being yellowish is quite okk... Some times it may contains some blood stains, but it should not be persistant.... If persistant please visit a pediatrician.
