Yellowish discharge at 11 Week 2days

Currently I am 11week 2 days pregnant (LMP) before I have spotting at I am on Dhupaston tablet but now spotting stopped but yellowish discharge once in a while always Normal discharge but once in a day yellowish sometimes fir 4 days Normal discharge continues then sudden yellowish discharge is it normal as per scan done on 25 April 2026(10 week 6days scan done) gestational age is 10 week 4days is it normal. NO itching no bad smell nothing just yellowish discharge. Plz help
