Brush your teeth twice daily. Go for regular dental check up. Go for scaling and polishing. No need for any mooth wash

Hello, All mouthwash doesn't cause staining. But mouthwash are not advisable for long run. To maintain good oral hygiene brush twice daily, get scaling done twice a year with 6 month gap, and use warm saline rinse 3 to 4 times a day This will result in good oral hygiene.

No not all mouth washes do so.U just continue to use it as much as required.Certain brands like Listerine have been found to cause staining so avoid taking that. Just maintain your oral hygiene and do brushing twice a day with correct technique and with use of mouthwash as well.
