Yellow runny poop

Since 2-3 days my one year old is passing yellow runny poop once a day. She is otherwise active and eating and sleeping well. But whenever she poops it is yellow and runny She used to have solid poops usually. we travelled recently to multiple places and suspect that change in water and heat must have caused it. Please suggest
