Yellow nails with pain

Hi, Since one week, all 5 nails on my left finger have turned yellow. There is a sharp pain as well. Please see attached. I work in chemical related field but have not been exposed to any such chemical. Could someone help with what this could be and what can be done to cure this? Thanks Sandhya
