Yellow fluid and decreased hearing

I was using my earphones in late evening yesterday. When I removed it from left. I felt some sticky ear wax..which I removed with finger as much as I could. Then after clearing most of the wax..I felt my finger was a little wet. I checked again..it felt a little watery which was unexpected. Then I thought it's nothing serious. I plugged in my earphones for 2-3 hours. Then unplugged. My left earphone was a little wet on top of it. Then checked my ear again with my finger. It was still wet inside. It was yellowish if removed collectively.. watery if rubbed. You can see the picture. It's not leaking from my ear or anything. I cleared the outermost part with finger. But I still feel something inside and my left ear hearing is less that right one. Like it's blocked. I didn't feel any pain in my ear. I tried blowing nose in and out. I hear more I hear both my ears sounding..left one more. When relaxed.. it sounds like foil for 1-2 second. I don't feel any air leaking from my ear after blowin
