Yellow discharge from ear

Baby is 1 month old, is drinking milk fine, sleeping well, no pain as such but I could see yellow discharge from ears , when check deep in ear using torch I could see something white . No fever nothing .

Please check, while doing massage, any Besan flour, soap is not washed off, clean the ears with cloth and water from outside well, check again. If doubts, show to your paediatrician
