Yamoo lactase drops efficacy for adults

Please clarify if lactase drops(not tablet) from Yamoo can be used for adults who have lactose intolerance? If yes what is the dosage and do we have to leave milk for 30mins after adding the drops or can we have it immediately? Also how long does the effect of drops stay in food?

Lactase drops can help adults with lactose intolerance, but the correct dose depends on the product’s enzyme strength—please follow the Yamoo label rather than using a guessed number of drops. If the label is meant for milk, add it as directed and allow the stated time for the enzyme to work; do not take the drops directly unless the pack specifically says so. Tablets are usually taken with the first bites of dairy. For persistent symptoms or to clarify the product, book a Practo consultation with me.
