I would like to know what prompted you to get a chest X-ray? Are you feeling sick? If so, then what are your complaints? Hilar prominence on a chest X-ray is seen in several medical conditions but it has to be correlated clinically. Giving a differential diagnosis will only set you off on a goose chase.
