Xerosis skin problem in under eyes &body

I have skin problems in under eyes & body. Now I am using Nevlon moisture cream for face & venusia max for body. But I am not satisfying with the results because it didn't gave a results til now. Plz suggest some natural tips or other creams. Thanking you!
