I am sending my latest x ray. Please tell me my first molar (first molar from left) needs any kind of treatment like rct or somethingels  or it doesn't need any kind of treatment. First molar is affected or not. Could i leave first molar tooth as it is.

The  cavity in the 2nd molar seems to be pulpal. You might need a rct on that tooth.
