Hi there
The spinal discs that cushion the vertebra tend to wear down due to injury or ageing. Because of which the discs gets flatten and space between two vertebrae decreases, leading to excess pressure on bones. To compensate this pressure, bony growths forms at the edge of the vertebrae above or below the disc and these bony spurs or kinks are known as osteophytes, which can compress nerves and further if condition gets worse it can lead to radiating pain in lower limb. Loss of lumbar lordosis is loosing the normal lordotic curvature of lumbar region. For rest of the opaque shadow and left pelvic uterus calculus I would suggest you to take for reports to any nephrologist or urologist nearby you.
