Wysolone(Prednisone) 5mg work for ankylosing Spondylitis ??? I have back pain and joint ache and neck stifness heavy tiredness and slightly buttocks discomfort Eye brightness while sunset I TOOK TEST  NEGATIVE HLA B27                           RA NEGATIVE I took Folitrax (METHOTREXATE ) 10 mg per week no effect on my body 👇👇👇👇 I takes wysolone 5 mg for last 2 weeks no effect on my back stifness and  buttock pain heavy stiffness in my back unable to turn spine (MRI NEGATIVE)
