Wrong number of glasses

Before 2 mnths I went to optician for changing scratched glasses. He rechecked eys with his computer. Power + .75/.5 he checked with lens and told to wear both .5 glasses. But I m feeling strain and mild pain around eye brow area. Two days before I consulted an eye spec dr. She examined with slit lamp and told mild bleferitis. Prescribed med. Again comp told power +1/.75. does wearing low power glasses causes pain and strain around eye brows.
