If I was diagnosed with copd how can that turn into moderate asthma just because I lost weight ,my blood oxygen still fluctuates and I cough more now in a fibulater 4xs a day put me in breo and monolux and took me off anoro said my last breathing test read I now have asthma

moderate to severe asthma may mimic copd for sometime.. treatment mostly requires all categories of bronchodilators and steroids.  Consult a chest physician (pulmonologist) for proper diagnosis and cure. Thanks
