you had not given ur history regarding ur pain like it is due to trauma or whether wrist has swelling or not. if u have swelling on wrist do icing use wrist band while pushing objects and do strengthening exercises for wrist physiotherapist has some manipulative techniques to increase u r wrist range of motions(wrist bending) u can go to physiotherapist in ur locality.. u can consult with me on WhatsApp this is my no 8879872547
