Wrist pain ( carpal tunnel syndrome )

I have severe wrist pain and as far as I know, it might be a pinched nerve(carpal tunnel syndrome ) in my wrist n my palm is numb first the pain was in the shoulder n inner elbow as I stretch my arm i can feel pinchy pain in my wrist n it hurts bad.
