I have developed a wound (with pus) on my private part 3-4 days back.applied Betnovet C cream and also washed it with dettol water 2-3 times a day.After 2 days,pus came out. But from tomorrow I am observing it getting red and there is one small pin like hole. It is paining a bit as well. Please suggest some medicine/cream for fast recovery.
