Hi Doc, My uncle got this wound in his leg. Please see the attached picture and advise me what is this. How to cure it.

This looks like a punched out chronic ulcer probably vascular origin. Needs evaluation in form of culture sensitivity test to rule out any infection. A detailed history will be needed to plan out the treatment. You can consult me for for the same.
