Greetings. You ll need to follow the measures below: 1. See a dotor - get the wound dressed if needed. Daily cleansing with betadine and application of antibiotic cream needs to be done- and this can be done by you itself 2. You may need a course of oral antibiotics if there's pus from all the wounds / if any fever / excessive pain in the wounds 3. You can use normal saline to soak and clean the crusts.
