Wound not healing

I had got a small wound due to nail scratch on my ankle... I ignored it... But it started getting worse and started paining... I had taken antibiotics with doctor consultation for 5 days but then also it is not healing...i don't have any blood sugar history... Plzz help

First see is there any discharge from the wound If no than we have to take one swab and as per swab report we have to start antibiotics Second Wound healing is not just depends on U have sugar There are many factors So Don't worry keep the are clean Kindly not u have any dilated veins above ur leg Or below knee So Just we have to do one clinical examination
