Hi The bloody discharge is mostly due to non Healing of wound Need not to worry , it won’t change to cancer, but proper examination of that wound is necessary to rule out any sinus tract formation, can be formed due to foreign body reaction ( may be suture used while suturing your episiotomy scar ) , if sinus tract present , need excision of that . Consult nearby surgeon
