My son is 1 year 3 months old, there is a smal pimple on my sons left high attaching to nose which is getting spread like bigger one, we thought it will be cured,I can see it from 4 days, it was like smal dot earlier stage, please suggest medication, we are worried to take him out due to covid😷🦠, I have attached photo

Has he pricked it? Or it has increased in size by itself...if pricked, it can be treated with local antiseptic but if it's increasing by itself and many other are also developing like homeycoombs, oral antibiotics need to be added.
