I had and wound 4 months back when I went for my trip but I didnt Care about it much but when I notice it it had not healed so I used topical antibiotics neosprin still it didn't heal so I showed to surgeon in my college he said it's folliculitis so he prescribed doxycycline but now too the skin has not covered th wound and surrounding the wound there is inflammation (edema) If I press the wound I feel pricking sensation, I am a final year medical student.. What should be done sir/mam? Plz help.. The first photo was 3months back 2nd one is the current photo
