Wound and stiches on skin

I met with accident on 12th January (around a week ago) and I got 4 stiches on and above  the eyebrow and wound on face. My regular dressing is going on properly on every alternate day for stiches but I don't know what to apply on wound for getting better result ,now I apply coconut oil two times a day. so please suggest me that what am I apply to wound so I get better result and face got clean like pre-accident . I read about Mederma cream on Google but I confused what to use.. please suggest me.

After stich removal!!!start applying cicatrix cream Twice daily for 3months for better scar but to it there should be swelling or pus at the stitched sites. ALL THE BEST
