I've had an abortion 2 weeks ago. The first two weeks. There was really like blood. No clots. At the end of the last week. The blood turned dark brown and thick. Went back to the doctor and he said the test is still positive. Yesterday. My period came on for just a day. Very heavy blood and one small clot. Now the brown blood is back. Do I need a d&c. Is something wrong? Was I supposed to see more than one clot? The doctor is charging so much for the d&c I'm afraid I won't be able to do it.
