Why 7month old baby stop uttering words like mama Papa baba after having diarria n vomiting?she used to utter these words all the time..why she stop eating these words...m worried

sometimes kids regress after a bout of illness. she will get back to where she was in her own time. give her a good diet and plenty of love and she will be right on track. it may seem like a big deal right now but it is not. there is no need to worry
