Can i eat multigrain atta that contains wheat,psyllium husk,chana,soya,oat,maize...during breastfeeding?...m worried bcoz my 6month old baby is having greenish poty....so m afraid if it is ok to have multigrain atta during breastfeeding?

Absolutely,it's very healthy. The only thing that can effect your baby through breastmilk are medicines,so always ask your physician before taking any. In fact,a healthy balanced diet by you will ensure more nutritious milk for the baby.

Your food habits will not affect your baby as long as you avoid junk and outside foods. The cause for greenish potty could be due to formula feeds, being fed more of foremilk, or some infection Kindly consult with your pediatrician for the same.
