Hello Drs..do worms in tummy causes stomach pain in kids?? What are the other symptoms..how long does they lasts without medication?

No worms generally do not cause stomach pain. Symptoms include perianal itching, poor weight gain ,bloated stomach. Children should be given deworming medicine every 6 monthly.
