Worms crawling in eye

There was some discomfort in my right eye for the last few days today, today I just randomly looked into the mirror and saw that there are two worm kinds of things crawling in my eye. I took both of them out using a cotton swab. I'm also facing ringworms on my knee for the last 2 months. The ringworms occur in my groin as well as my buttocks. I've been using various ointments but there is no cure or any benefit.
