Worm like Substance when cough

Whenever I cough, I get a white jelly like thing. Everytime it looks the same. Long, White, Sticky.  Is this normal mucus or Is this some disease? I have attached the pic.

Shape of mucus is not important ,  in absence is other symptoms could be alergic and treatment is accordingly
