Hi, I have a well defined oval shaped cystic lesion showing long linear coiled echogenic structure moving within it, seen in the subcutaneous planes of LT temporal region- worm infestation to be considered. Most likely possibilities is Larva migrans.. could you please advise which Doctor I should consult and also does it require surgery as from the time I've been taking Bandy plus tablet as advised by the current doctor, the size of the swelling have drastically reduced.. Is there a worm specialist I could consult as I want to avoid any surgery
